It's seem juz like ytd when both grandma & grandpa were attending my 21st bday celebration. Healthy & strong.

5 years later, both of them are gone.

My heart still tears when I think of grandpa who left us last year.

I dunno how long I need to accept that grandma is now not around anymore too.

Grandma got me a gold bracelet for me as my wedding gift.

Now there is no chance to receive it personally from herself.

I miss both of them.

Tears juz can't stop.

Back from HK... counting down to the next HK visit...

Back from HK le... short trip but still enjoy the little break from work....
Manage to satisfy my food cravings too! Roast goose, curry fishball, dim sum, MacDonald (Yes, I like HK mac), porridge ...
Didn't really have alot of shopping time this time, cos was only had about 2 days in HK...

But still.... we went with 1 luggage, came back with 4.... And alot of handcarry luggage...

Came back with a mini luggage in hot pink!!! Luv it. And also luv the things i kept in it.... Yep, all my gold jewellery, diamond jewellery, diamond watch which are all wedding prezzie from my in-laws and also tiffany & co bracelet & card holder from dear for our anniversary... Thankful to all these gifts but also stress to accept... they are like worth at least a year of my salary...

And so, back to work... alot of stuffs to rush, time running out, new stuffs add on the stress & load... been OT-ing 4 days in a row... Hopefully tml i no need OT... TGIF...

Busy with work, thus thankful to both our mothers to settle some wedding shopping for us... So time really pass so fast.... its only about 2 months away... In 2 months, i'll have a new family, new home, new obligations & of course, bliss & happiness... Clover, my home form Oct onwards, is also ready le... If work permit, hope to go with dear & family to collect the key for our new home this sat...

Recently, the family have been busy shopping for the furnitures & stuffs for the new place.... And i so realize that having a home is very expensive... look at those price tags!... or probably it's juz the very expensive taste of my future fil. Oh well... not that i'm complaining. i gets to enjoy this luxury too anyway...

Reminder to self: Get the bridal party dresses settled already!

Right, time to sleep.... running late recently in the morning cos can't get myself out of the bed.... when will ever get enough sleep?

Yep, it is as what you see for the title, the very first post of year 2011...

Can't even remember where i left off previously... last year December.. probably i blogging about Xmas?

Anyway... jus start with watever i can think of den....

Work.
Happy 1st anni to me. Yep, survived thru 1 year of working in my current job. Still the same job, didn't change. No plan to change in the near future as well. However, still quite tiring & stressful in this job thou I do enjoy it to some extent. So having a break here and there really helps to keep me going in this job... Another impl tml... oh well... *stress*

Family.
Nothing much so far... Juz hope grandma's health will get better, she's staying over at my place recently... Soon to part of another family as well... The Fan family. That's after October thou. No idea wat's it gonna be like, so maybe there won't be any difference. But mom been nagging (ok, is explaining) that how i should get along with my new family... this and that... Complicated. And my soon to be family also have a new member in April -- Baby Ryan. He's really cute & have really big eyes & super long & curly eye lashes. Haha. Both a little devil & angel at times.

Wedding.
So far everything seems ok to me... maybe not to dear, gee, cos he's doing almost all the wedding planning, so he might have a better idea of what is the current status of our wedding preparation. Anyway, really glad he willing to take up all the planning & coordinating with all the external parties, cos I'm busy, lazy and dun like calls/emails/pple mgt after stressful day at work. Guess the most thing i did recently concerning the wedding was to post up some wedding pictures on fb. How's the pictures? Made an appt for kua viewing/fitting this weekend as well... Din really plan to wear kua initially, but by request of future in-laws, so...

Friends.
Are you all doing fine? Ever since started work, meetup with friends is really getting less & each meetup is really precious, as its like one in N times, that everyone is able to make it. Had a nice dinner recently with my gals for dinner, and they reminded me that I have a bridal party to plan for. I can't possibly ask dear to handle my bridal party as well right? Oh well... Anyway, those involved should already know by now... so do help out by reminding me what I need to do for the bridal party yeah? Having dinner with my close pals (which makes up half of the bridal party) this weekend too.. finally got to meet up, cos the previous time i had work to rush + on work duty.

Travel.
Other that my hk/japan trip during CNY, have been good and stayed in SG. Glad manage to go Japan before the earthquake event. Will be going HK again in July for a weekend to spend our 4th anni + do some wedding shopping. Celebrated our 1st anni back in 2007 in HK, so we decide to do so again for our 4th. This really brings back memories for these 4 years and very soon we stepping into another stage with another new anni to look forward to - our wedding anniversary. Also wanted to take this chance during this trip to get some stuffs for wedding, althou i have nothing in mind currently.

Life.
Nothing much of a change that i can think of... Probably the actual change I can feel will comes after Oct. We'll see ya...
Oh ya... gotten a new love recently, my MacBook Air. Love the light weight, clear screen, trackpad and the super fast on/off ...
Haha... Still getting used to the Mac OS after being a Window user for zillon years...

New start...

Right, been MIA-ing for quite a while...

Ended the last post before starting my very first job @ PSA... Now is already into the my 5th month, reaching my 6th month of work next week. Time flies ya, that's already half a year, and ending of my probation period.

Work been pretty hectic, especially when I have implementations on several consecutive weeks... Learning business domain, business flows, doing change requests, handling changing requirements, testings, doing documentations and many more...

It does has its interesting parts, besides all the endless pile of work, and i still do enjoy my work.. except all the late nights OT-ing, pressure on time running out, stress when system having problems, application having errors, even more stress when there's issues during the implementation.

It's already last month of 2010, everyone's already in holiday mood... me too.. but still have 2 more implementations to go... Everyone else is going overseas and clearing their leave.... as for me, no overseas plans this year, and no leave that i need to clear. But at least will be going on a Spa trip to Batam on the 1st day of 2011. Nice way to start, hur.

This year been a year of changes... change from student to working adult, change of losing my beloved granddad, change from being single to engaged. Ups and downs, but I've been through it. Though some changes I've not yet prepare for it, but what will come, will come. Sooner or Later. So maybe I should stop dwelling on it and accept it as it is, and make the best of it.

Had a nice century quarter birthday full of surprises, and the biggest surprise (shock) of all is of course, the proposal. Happy but stress. Excited but Not prepared. Things are moving so quickly, that I feeling more stress. Choosing the dates, looking for banquet venues, loads and loads of things I can't bring myself to actually sit down to plan and prepare, but it's ok, the groom and family have already kickstart it. So many things that I find it a chore, with my very busy work period now, especially during this appraisal period.

Well, no worries, dear prepared to take up all the planning and preparations for the wedding. Usually is the bride that's excited to do all the wedding planning and preparations, but its opposite for us. Sorry, I'm just being very lazy. Besides, I also dunno what are the things that need to be done, and I'm lazy to even find out. I'm just too dependent on the groom le.

Anyway,

Xmas is round the corner.
It's time to meet and catch up with friends.
It's time to go for Xmas shopping.
It's time to indulge in food and celebrations.

Let's have a good end to 2010.

Another stage of life....

Cleared my final semester in NUS... pretty satisfied with my results this time.. (esp after S/U-ing my UE and SS modules. Congrats to myself and my SOC pals. We all make it thru. See all of u all during our convocation!

Yep, convocation is scheduled to be on the 7th July, 8pm. That will officially marked my completion of my NUS life.

Anyway, moving on from school days are my working days.... Gonna sign my appointment letter and start work soon. No longer an SOC student @ NUS, but a system analyst @ PSA Corporation. Hoping for the very best to myself and to others in their new jobs, job hunting or further studies.

Been quite down previously cos my grandpa had left us. But i believed it must be him who bless me for my results and health (had eye infection, but it's only a very minor case). Thou with 不舍, but at least he ended his sufferings. It quite heartache to see grandma, mom and cousins sobbing, but I'm sure grandpa noes we all loves him.

So gonna slack and rest as much as possible before starting work. Catch up with friends and spend time with dear as much as possible also.

Looking forward to my new job, convocation and any holidays plans ahead...

It's been centuries since i last updated this neglected blog of mine...

Well, lazy and busy...

This semester have been very busy.... as compared to my slack exchange days...

School load is even more heavier this sem cos of the level 4k modules which most modules required us working with companies... so have to even manage these corporate clients on top of our academic schedule and work....

What make it worse was having really disgusting and uncooperative project mates...

Well, managed to survive it through.... all these submissions and presentations...

Did our last presentation at client's company on tues... everything went pretty well... glad about that... cos we really spend days and nights on this project...
So went for a nice lunch and KTV session with my grpmates after the presentation.

Glad to have this grp of mine... which is also my CS3214 grpmates... althou there we are not the best but i enjoy the teamwork and the bond we had.

Now its all over... and it's the exams period...

Having 4 papers this time, but already feel the stress... Not only becos I have a cap to pull, but also my job hunting after graduation.

Already went for couple of interviews... already got job offer...
But still in dilemma of accepting or continue my hunt.... No job also sianz, got offer also sianz... ironic huh.

Time really flies... it's been almost 4 months since I'm back.... and now I'm graduating soon... Not a student anymore... cannot act young anymore... Lol.

Alright... enough of blabbering... got to go back to my study.... still got another informal interview tml...

Yep, back in singapore safely from hong kong.

Back to the little tropical island from a winter place

So far, getting used to everything here... and also facing the fact i'm back to NUS.

No more slacking.

Anyway it was a good experience to exchange in hong kong... and i'm glad i've went.

Now it's the last semester of my NUS life, and i'm overloaded with 6 modules...

Well well... juz hope everything is goes well..even though i know the workload and stress level is gonna be high...

Last week of lesson @ CityU

It's the last week of lesson @ cityu... means exams are coming...
This week is so busy with submissions and presentation...

Actually not really stress by the workload here... instead is stress and fed up by the pple i work with here... Really had a interesting experience by working with them and their attitudes...

Sadly to say... we are kanna free ride by the slack locals here... And worse still instead of contributing towards the projects/assignments, they might stun u with all sorts of stuffs.... for example, telling u they already done this and done but in fact the opposite.

Well... today was quite a worrying day for me, cos submission was due today but when I saw the things they send me or did, i was quite surprise... it's the most sub-standard work i have even seen in my poly + uni days.... worse grpmates i had so far...

Felt really hopeless as there's no time even if I take over... Well... well...

Received a card from my pals all the way from Singapore today. Really surprised and happy when i saw it. Made my day. Really. Thanks alot, shaun, sokwan, doris and yongling. Miss u all alot!

Anyway, have confirm my schedule after exams... Will go on a short trip to taiwan and will spend Xmas and New Year in Hong Kong. And will be flying back home to SG on the 4th Jan 2010.

Already 1.5 months here...

Yep.... i'm into my week 7 of stay in Hong Kong.

Life pretty much the same.... go to sch... go sightseeing... exploring Hong Kong.

But something good happened as well.... Dear managed to fly over to Hong Kong over the weekend to visit me and also spend mid-autumn festival here... It's a great surprise that I din expect.

Spend the 3 days with him in Hong Kong... really miss the time we walk down the streets, hand in hand... Only 6 weeks we're apart, but it seems so long. Seeing him and holding him make me found the secure feeling I've been missing since I've reach HK. And of course enjoyed having dinner with him and his family too. Best dinner I've had so far since my HK days start.

He's still on his flight back to SG now... and it's gonna be another 2.5 months before he flying over again... hope to be able to go on a trip with him when he's here during end of the year. Right now, it's already the middle of the semester and so deadlines are approaching one by one... But so far school here is still pretty slack compared to NUS... think it'll be hard for me to get used to the mugging life again for next semester sia.... Lol.

Weather here is getting better and cooler by each day.... guess autumn is finally here soon. =)

Tml is dear's birthday... first time that I'm not around with him for his birthday, but good thing that we at least able to meet up for the past few days... And hope he like the card I secretly hid before he left for sg. Still, hope he is able to enjoy his birthday.

Life @ Hong Kong

Right... I noe I have not been updating .... Not sure wat to update... everything pretty much the same anyway...

Well... I'm fine in Hong Kong... Did emo abit during the last 3 weeks.... cos I miss home and stuffs... but now got to slowly get used to it le bah....

Really tiring for the past 3 weeks.... so much things need to be settled.... so many places to go... people to meet and stuffs....

Anyway, sch already started about 2 weeks le... Not really used to attending lessons over here.. especially during the first week... where the people, suroundings and teaching style is not the same as NUS... Feel unfamilar withanything and everything...

Thou this is not the first time I went overseas for few months... but this time is different from the previous time I went Chengdu...

I still remember the time i decided to go Chengdu is becos somehow I feel sick and tired of everything in singapore... so leaving SG for few months was a good escape for me... and I was always accompanied by 9 other coursemates which make me feels not so lonely ... the experience that time was excited and interesting ...

However, this time was different.... a totally different experience... this time I was not always accompany by people I feels comfortable with... most of the things I have to decide and settle by myself... and the crazy weather and tiring long walks depressed me even more... Guess I'm really too pampered by dear for the past 2 years... I feel so lost and insecure without him around ...

Well... i think this should the kind of experience i should try ya... I'm sure I'll be more independent and strong after this SEP. Lol. Of course there's the good side of my trip so far ya... food, shopping, sightseeing.... However, so far I'm not really in the mood for shopping yet... =P

So far sch was alright.... about the same as NUS, but we are the "FT" this time... but cos we look asian.. so usually the locals thought we are hong kongers as well... Thus, even the lecturers think the exchange students are only those caucasians ... -_-

Weather here was very hot and humid... seriously I've turn so much tanner right now... -_- but today was not bad... there's the Typhoon Signal No. 3 .... Nothing very serious, juz very windy...

So far went to couple of must-go places in HK, but will slowly explore those places that usually tourists won't go due to time constraints... but juz as pretty and worthwhile visiting.... Already went to shenzhen.... gonna go Macau next... and also the other events such as trying the horse racings bettings, moodcake festivals activities as well as trying Holloween @ Ocean Park...

So far hall life is pretty normal... need to do laundry... need to clean own room and stuffs... my hall pretty happening.. alot of activities & events... but I lazy or not free to join most of them... but visiting other halls and chit-chatting was fun as well... I feel that CityU welfare is not bad... beside the good living conditions of the residence.. each student here was lent a brand new laptop as well as brand new HTC PDA for the bba student... So welfare sia...

Hong Kong

Yep... I've reached Hong Kong... It's already the 3rd day here....

So how's was my first 3 days?

I would say first day sucks... Hot weather, sauna hostel room, no pillow, no appetite at all, dehydrated badly, clumsily slip and fall, missing home.... =(

Well the next two days got better... Got my air-con, bought a fan, internet working well, bought stuffs needed for my room, settled my modules, settled my bank a/c, got my student ID went shopping ard quite a few places and ate my fav curry fish balls, bbq squid, char siew rice, roasted goose + chicken set meal as well as milk tea =)

But the weather is still as hot and humid... and seriously I've gonna more tan after just 2 days... =(
And now my whole body aches every night as well as morning when i wake up... old liao sia...

Busy... Busy ...

Been kind of busy recently.... dunno y also... din really have much slack time ard... Looking at my list of things to do and appointments, it seems to get longer sia... Lol...

Had a wonderful time with dear @ siloso for our anni and stay-cation (stayover vacation). The place is beautiful and relaxing... Was surprised when i entered the suite with rose petals decorated along the entrance all the way to the bed where petals & candles was used to form a msg from dear ... The room has a stairway to the private rooftop where there are sunbathing benches and a jacuzzi... It was a outdoor area so u can hear the waves and feel the sea breezes... The view was very beautiful, especially at night where u can hear faint music from cafe de mar so it's very peaceful and relaxing ... A nice way to spend the anniversary away from the city ...

Anyway, it's already getting near to august.... meaning less than a month before my departure to Hong Kong for about 5 months... Nope, I have not pack anything yet... got to leave that till the last 2 weeks bah... Recently been helping out here and there with the SoC float as well as FOW which starts tml.... Got few stayovers here and there, if not will only reach home like 5am in the morning kind of timing... Tired...

Besides float/rag and FOW which will keep me busy for the next 1 week, there's also SEP admin stuffs such as pre-enrollment, pre-departure briefing, getting vaccination if needed and planning my modules ... Will get those done asap after the FOW... There'll also be many meetups and gatherings for the coming 3 weeks such as meeting my gals, my pals, polymates, OPP frenz, OG outings as well as my family dinners ... And of course, there's also shirley's hen party, mani/pedi as well as the big day...

That'll will keep me real busy enough... however I still need to pack my room and pack my luggage ... sianzzz ... But before that, i need to pack my stuffs for the stayover for the FOW first ... Zzzz ...

Time pass quite fast ya... it's already nearing mid-july... Been busy recently on stuffs.... mainly work, sch stuffs as well as my sep preparations...

Have sent in my visa application... received my hostel confirmation... and bought my air tix as well... Got the 2-way tix, will be flying off on morning of 24th august... and tentatively coming back on the 28th dec night.... however might be extending cos dear, friends or maybe my parents might be coming over.... thinking of spending the new year in HK too.. heard it's fun and totally diff from SG... so yep.. will let u all noe den...

Glad to have settled most sep stuffs... now those official preparation is sort of done... cos there's nothing i can do except wait for my visa and stuffs... still no excitment feelings or wat... well well...

Gonna end work this thurs... yeah.... wanna stop work and slack sia...haha... will be helping out in sch stuffs here and there anyway... Looking forward to this friday for me & dear's 2nd anni... Booked a roof garden suite @ siloso to celebrate as well.... hope it'll be fun...

Slowly have to prepare my stuffs to bring over to hk.... try to spend more time with my family and dear before leaving.... and also meet ups with friends as well...

Just some quick updates...

Ended the SOC FOC one week ago... Din really committed much to this event... and honestly i did not really enjoy this camp... mainly cos I'm sick during that period as well as other certain stuffs here and there.... Anyway, nice to meet some new friends and my freshies!!

So after the camp, went back to work in the following week... First few days was really tiring... keep dozing off at work... Lol... but anyway counting down my days at work also... will be only working for 2 more weeks... wanna rest and prepare for my SEP.

Also helping out with the soc float building as and when i'm free... Since I'm working, can only go sch help out on weekends... so usually stay over from friday to sat in school.... Maybe after my work ends, I will have more free time to help out during the weekdays...

Besides work and float.... also have to settle admin related stuffs.... received my SAP cert few days ago... so have to settle my claim application and submission... after which got to settle my visa application... dunno why CityU is taking so long to send over my admission package.. so no choice juz send in my visa application for now... when the official letter is here den got to send in again....

Been checking out and discussing wat are the plans when I'm in hk as well as the air tixs... Seems so near and far to the date of departure.... honestly i have no feelings towards this study trip... not excited or anything.... like so many things need to settle... but i'm juz so lazy and moodless to do so....

The H1N1 situation seems so jia lat... reaching its 1000+ cases... my company gave each of us a flu protection kit... like a health goodie bag... with masks, sanitzer, thermometer and vit C. Neat. So I'll take a vit C tablet each work day. =) So everyone pls take care and be socially responsible as well...

Work... School Events ....

Juz woke up from a nap since morning.... Went to help out float building in school ytd... It's a overnight float building session... so only reach home in the morning.... Anyway it's quite a fun time... cutting boards, peeling boards, marche-ing the float.... and not forgetting the late night supper... Tired.... Lol.. muz be the age... Zzzz...

Got the free time cos boss say schedules delayed, no requests coming in so ask me no need go in to work for the moment.... Zzzzz.... Budget saving hur... Anyway, can rest and take a break also... since I started work right after my SAP course ended. But den.... no work = no money.... Boo.

Will be meeting the gals tonight for dinner /shirley's bday /catching up session.... And a meeting with my camp group gls to discuss camp stuffs and making of group identity on Sunday. That's would be another whole day of outside shopping for materials and in school.

Yep... it's the time of the year again for the NUS SOC FOC from 23th June to 26th June. 1D1N in NUS and 3D2N in Sentosa. Looking at the weather conditions recently... I iz sianzz.... But well, hope everyone can survived the hot weather and have fun.

Btw, shaun is back and we had a meetup in east coast with a yummy 8-course dinner of local dishes that he craved for... Lol... Had great time eating and chatting.. followed by more chatting & photos viewing at his place. He bought back some really cool stuffs for us too... such as the white transparant bag & clip that changes colour under UV rays/sunlight. Interesting.

End of SAP .... Start of work...

Think should be about time to do some updating le ya....

Think the last post was after the school exams... haha... seems long and short...

Anyway... after the school exams, had my SAP course.... 3 weeks straight of lectures, tutorials, labs and studying..... Really tiring to have lessons everyday.... it's juz like we spent a whole semester for a module in juz 3 weeks ... Worst still.... I was not feeling well in the 2nd week... So was really glad that I make it... Yep... i had gastric flu after having dinner at tpy... blamed keith for that... lol. As 100% attendance is required for the SAP course, else will be barred from the exam... I had no choice but to continue gg for lessons everyday... Almost fainted in the 1st 2 days.... =(

Well... it's all over now... and glad to say that all of us passed!!! Really nervous when I'm about to click on the submit button.... Lol.... But anyway after that, the results appear in less than 1 second... really relaxed when i see my grade...Phew... Thanks to the trainers, Ina and Jason ya.... Anyway, since we are the last batch for this BPERP course, really good that all of us cleared it...

So after the course, had a good rest.... went for a 3D movie of Monsters VS Aliens.... Show was alright, quite funny.... but the best thing is the 3D effects... It's so cool... It's juz feel like the words or things are juz right in front of me or floating ard me... Make me wanna stretch out my hands to grab the things ... lol....

Had dinner with calvin & keith at bedok 85 juz now.... Ordered alot of food... ate till i'm so full... had a great chat with them too... Calvin enjoy ur hols and dun think of unneccessary stuffs.... and Keith all the best with ur work with Citibank... let's check out other good food elsewhere again...

So now, no more studying for now.... oh ya... got back my exams results... did not do that well, but at least cleared all the modules... so good enough bah... Anyway, will be going back to BLUE to work starting from tml.... Not sure for how long, but hope not too long, cos i still wanna slack...lol...

Now that everyone is working... the only time to be able to meetup is either dinners on weekdays or the weekends.... wanna meetup with my cs3214 mates, my gals and shaun... as he's finally back after 5 months... Waiting to hear great stories and experience from u!

It's the hols ..... yet?

Yep, finished the exams last week.... It was so tiring and stressful... not to mention all the demoralizing moments after the papers, especially OS and stats. Really hope can at least pass sia, cos dun really have a good feeling about that two papers ...

Well well....

Anyway, it's the start of hols.... had a good rest by sleeping all day.... slacking, eating, drama-ing, gaming, surf net... blah blah.... But no more of those slack times soon... Will be starting my SAP course from Monday onwards.... every weekday from 10am to 5.30pm till the 3rd week where I'll have my actual SAP exam on Fri. Haizz, juz the thot of it make me sianzz.... Went back to school to collect the course materials ytd... which make me even more sianz, cos the notes is equivalent to my 3 modules notes/textbooks. Flip thru the pages.... boring stuffs....

Anyway, will try not to doze off during the lessons.... got to make sure I pass the exam too.. (70% is the passing grade)... else will waste about 600 dollars for this course.... -_-

After the course, den I'll get to slack again... but I think i should get a job... need to earn some living expenses when i go for my SEP ya....Anyone have any job lobang please contact me... Anyway, my SEP alot of things also haven confirm... the pple there is taking their own sweet time to reply/update us.... nvm.... for now I juz focus on SAP first den...

Din do much this first hol week.... din really go out much also... lazy bah... but visited fang ytd, cos she hurt herself in an accident.... glad to see that she fine... dear fang, please take good care of urself kk... will visit u again with nutrisoy next time ya....

Despite all the supper and fast foods during exam period.... I lost weight, but maybe cos now I'm not stress or anything, my weight is getting back... lol ... wonder will i be stress by SAP huh... Thou din go out or anything, time seem to pass very fast.... maybe cos by the time i wake up, its already half day gone...lol... Anyway, started to revise nihongo (jap) again after dunno how long ... forgot alot but at least i still can read most of the words... but it starts to get boring sometimes, so I start to pick up hangeul (kor)... It's much difficult den nihongo in terms of its alphabet, so I'm still very slow in reading them... but at least their language is the same SOV structure.

Will be getting busy from next week.... besides my daily schedule of SAP lessons, there's also meetups with my gals, FO groups Casya and Simba... and Shaun is coming back soon too.... And like i say that time, u better not bring me back a Wal-Mart plastic bag hur.

It's been ages since I last update a decent post huh.

Somehow remembered tt I've not blog for a long time, but den when i tried to think of wat i can blog about... I can't think of anything....

Or rather I can't seem to think of anything nice or worth blogging about... All that is left are juz about school work, datelines, never-ending stress...

Kind of sad huh.

Anyway, this sem is passing fast... Juz ard 1 more month, it's end of another sem in NUS...

Even thou I have tons of work (school work) to do.... I feel bored.

It's at times like this, when I have work but dun feel like doing... I get sianz and emo.

Disappointing results here and there make me feel like giving up...

Only luxury I can seems to get is juz few extra hours of sleep during the weekend...

The past seems to get more enjoyable.... esp poly days... miss that period.

Parents keep nagging tt I need eat more, rest more... saw those many fine lines on my palm and ask me to relax and dun think so much....

Dear got a new wife, Xiao bai... I have not yet to see her... But dear and mummy bought her plate no for 4d... so hopefully she can brings us luck and win some cash... Lol.

Yep.... total bad luck....

Sprained my right foot last night on the way home from our CNY gathering Van's place...
Sort of miss/slip a step at the void deck there.... I limped all the way out to take a cab and slowly limp my way back.... Was crying here and there becos of the pain....

Dear came over in midnight to ice my foot and bandaged the foot while i still wimping in pain....
Now walking each step is painful for me... Or maybe it's not tt bad, juz my psychological thing..lol

Had to sleep upright with my foot cushioned high last night... but woke up a 1 or 2 times in the night cos of the pain.... And now... still on bed with tt cushioned foot, using my laptop...

Emailed my tutors juz now to inform them that I couldn't attend the classes for today... So sianzz, i rather go school.... lol...

That's the first time i sprained my foot in my life, or suffering from this sort of injury... Think I've not fallen down or wat since my lower sec sia...

Stupid dear was laughing at me, while seeing my serious and scare face last night... but i noe that he is the one being scared by me.... thus coming to find me last night, and also later... thks dear.

Nobody's at home now, i doubt any of my family even noe I've sprained my foot. Cos they were all sleeping when i limped back last night. Mom went Genting with her company this morning, will not be back till Sunday...

Alright, hopefully my foot can faster recovered....meanwhile i juz have to tolerate the pain and limited movement... (my pain tolerance level is zero) ...

Celebrations....

Yep, it's a celebration post... or post on celebrations...lol...

CS3214 Post-Celebration

First up, met up with CS3214 Team 007 for KTV session. Lol... finally... cos we are always so tempted to go ktv during our project-ing... But we manage to endure till end of the project, thus post-CS3214 celebration. Went to Chinatown 10 dollar KTV with jojo, janice, paul and zhikai. Unfortunately david was not feeling well in the morning so was unable to join us. So, that means this celebration was not complete.... so gonna arrange another meetup and gathering again... this time, in full force.

The singing session was fun... It's been so long since i went to ktv... So enjoyed myself, on top of the extra mushy entertainment from paul and zhikai... The place was rather nice, except we got a "window" room, so it was kind of bright...lol... But the room is very comfy, doesn't really look like a typical KTV room. There's free flow of drinks too... Besides KTV, we also played the photohunt game on the machine before and after KTV, cos paul was determined to break the record, but we miss it by abit... Guess next time we go there, paul would not give up trying again... lol... maybe next time with full force, higher chance...lol

So after KTV, we headed for dinner in Chinatown along the roadside stalls.. dunno wat exactly do u call it, but it was kind of nice eating there... After the chatting session over dinner, we continued it over desserts. Dun remember wat's the stall name, but it's a popluar dessert stall. Order 4 different kind of desserts to share... Finally, we headed home...

Really had fun. Gonna meet up again. Jia you in ur work jojo. Thanks janice for ya necklance. Best Cs3214 teammates.

Bday Celebration 1

Dear bought lunch over for a sleepy me in the afternoon, before we headed out to vivo... Thou it's a weekday, but there's still alot of shoppers... guess it's Xmas mood.. Wanted to get the bday present, only to realise it doesn't have wat i want, so was kinda down after that.... But anyway, shop around with dear, visit my favourite pet safari, before we headed to Ikea to get boyboy's cushions and shop around as it was still early for dinner... After which, we headed to "I have no idea" place for dinner... As far as i remember and from wat dear told me, it was outside Turf City area. I can only remember it seems like a very deserted area, with a very nice restaurant right in the middle of the darkness...Lol... Anyway its a Italian restaurant, Picotin. We had the outdoor seats so the ambience was very nice.

Food there was great too. Had some bread before we ordered our mains... Bread was in different colour...lol.. And i like the black colour bread. We ordered a pizza, pasta and cod fish. All was very good. Pizza is very tasty, a muz try... They even have the huge 21" pizza. Pasta was yummy, and the cod fish was very soft and fresh. Was really full after those few dishes... Chatted awhile before one of the staff bought out a chocz cake i've never seen before.... It's a half cut planet shape. Lol.... And the nicest thing is the staff poured some alcohol on fire over the cake. So for a moment, the whole cake was very pretty lit.

The cake was very nice as well, beside the thick chocz on the surface, the inner part was chocz, ice-cream, fruits and even lemon sorbert. I loved the lemon sorbert inside. Anyway, we could only finished half of the cake. Lol... After which, we headed to PS for a movie. Watched the beverly hills chihuahua. The dogs inside are so cute, big and small... Seems like there's alot of dog-themed movie recently ya... Wanna watch blot too...

Dear pick me up the next afternoon and we went to Sitex 2008. Thot we could avoid the crowd by gg there on a weekday afternoon, but seems like everyone have the same thought. It was as crowded as always there, inside and outisde of expo, and the crowds keep coming.... Walked around awhile before lunching at terk thai... Had my favourite Tom Yang Udon... Lol. Happy.
After we left that bursting expo with people, we went to parkway on my second try of the bday present. Got it at the 3rd try. Happy. Yep, it's my long wanted Samsung Omnia. Thanks alot dear for pampering me again and again... Hugs.

Went to get the screen protector and pouch before heading back to dear's place. Lol... had dear settle all the phone settings for me, while i play with boyboy, nuar and watch tv. Did i mention i'm now chionging Heros? ... lol... nice but confusing bloody show. Had dinner there as well before more Hero-ing till after midnight...Lol...

Really had an enjoyable time these 2 days.. Thanks dear for all ur efforts. Luv ya.

Bday Celebration 2

Meet up with Shaun, Dor, Sok and Ling for a afternoon lunch at Swensens. Really nice to catch up with all of them, esp Ling. So was practically chatting and more chatting over lunch... Lol... After which we headed to Shaun's place to relax... Was deciding wat we should do, and we ended up with Monopoly - Stars Wars Edition. LOL. Brings back memories ya. Really had a very fun time each time I'm with them... Loved their company... The game was proceeding quite slow, so we make up our new rules.. we started buying and selling our property to each other, negotiating on the exchange terms, waivering rent and etc... So funny but fun. Things was getting more exciting when we got hungry... Ordered pizza and we had a pizza dinner... Pizzas, Coke, Friends, TV. It's such a relaxing feeling. After dinner, watched Amazing race before continuing our Monopoly.... Lol... Ended the game before we left to catch the last train.

Really enjoyed that day with them. Thanks alot for ya masks set, accessories and classic handbag. Gonna meet up again before Shaun leave for States for his exchange program next month.

Bday Celebration 3

Met up with the gals and adrian for lunch at Bugis. Went to Ministry of Food on Elyz's suggestion. First time go there, and the food was great. Desserts was very tempting as well. Of course, had a very nice chatting and catchup session again... Had a nice chocz cake as well from them, but all of us are juz too full after the meal... Lol.... So i brought back the cake. As all of us have plans after tt, we went shopping after lunch for a while, before parting...

I am feeling so relieve right now.

Juz submitted my CS3361 10 page term paper.

Title: International Trade in Services: A Service System Perspective

Seriously dunno what i writing for this paper

Already change the title at least 3 times

Only started doing research and writing this morning.

Thou this paper makes up 50% of my overall grade of this mod.

Cos was rushing CS3214 every single day before this.

Yep, that 8 MCs major project.

That's what driving me and my team and all the other teams crazy.

COM1 is packed with teams doing coding even in the middle of the night

sorry baby....dunno why i so busy last wk until nv blog here as requested....anyway finally here...

so hw was my birthday with dear?

b4 my birthday dear ask me wat i wanted and i said "Surpise me" and "Food cooked by dear".... and to my surprise she did both...lol

anyway, juz to side-track abit she say she has no time to cook for mi...but still i got my dear's rice balls:)...oki let tok abt the day:)

the day started off with me picking dear up from dover MRT coz she was late for class....anyway she gave me my present this year...a hand-made card and a box of rice ball or watever u call it....

then of coz since i haven't eat lunch and was damm hungry i finished all six in like 20mins...

den I thot that's all for the surprise and stuff....was actually looking at movie timing juz in case dear nv plan anything....

anyway without expecting more surprises, i met dear after her lesson at COM1...we end up nuaring in TR10 and the conversation kind of go like this:

me: "Where are we going?"
dear: "Erm...you are supposed to be in lecture now"
Me: "Ya, you too....so since we both nv go...where are we going?"

anyway walk ard with dear for a while and den we slowly walk toward tangline...and dear was so amazed about Forum the shopping mall coz she dunno it existed...lol oops...:P

finally dear brought me outside black angus at orchard parade hotel.....i was like okie...nv expect that.....den to my surprised dear actually made reservation:P and yes the place was nice...and before we go on...thank you dear for the treat:)

we had a wonderful and super full meal..was too lazy to take pic lol....anyway suddenly out fr no where...the staff brought out a slice of super fattening cake for me.... "i was like omg....thx my dear..."

anyway they also help us take a pic and put it in a holder for us :)

anyway althot both of us is damm full, but we like ate half of this super fattening cake...wahhahaha

oki....let go back to the wonderful cake.....is the Big Mountain Chocolate Fudge Cake their signature chocolate caked topped with ice cream & hot fudge....omg dun wanna tink of it again...damm hungry....

BUT somehow thru this cake my dear make a mess lol and my hand was full of ice-cream... and by the time we are done, it was like i think 10+pm wahhahah...happy time passes fast rite?

anyway after tt we walk back to get my car...and since the next day is a sch day i send dear back and went hm...

Went thru a role-play interview today.... Lol, was complimented for one of the question. What are my weakness? Lol... wat did i crap... of course those typical answers.

Perfectionist. Workaholic. These brings stress and pressure. Stress and pressure motivates me.

Wat crap. I dunno whether how well i can take stress. Esp stress that comes from ur loved ones. It's alot worse.

Broke down today. Matched the stormy weather outside now. Top it up with gastric pain and cramps.

Friendship...

Is friendship important? Of course it is, at least for me.
What is friendship den?
Meeting up every other day, working together, contacting each other?
Of course it includes all these, if lucky.
If not, at least it will still be some occasional thinking for each other, involving each other in important decisions, sharing each other special moments...

I admit i've not one of those lucky one who can work and see my special friends everyday. I agree that everyone is busy with their own part of life. But i do feel that this does not tear down the meaning of friendship... Nor does this give one an excuse to not even try to cherish the very little moments of meeting up and such. Of course i won't say i'll definitely appear for all gatherings and meetups, at least for all the special celebrations.

Lol. Why such a random post of friendship, u might be wondering. Oh well... juz got news about a close friend leaving to another place for her bf, away from us. Becos of this, our meetup for fang's celebration is full of mixed feelings except happiness. Worse still, most of us know about it from fang, and not from her in person. The gals are angry, sad and fed up. For me? I'm disappointed.

Was even more disappointed after hearing other things that happened from the gals, ever since she got him. Is their 6 months of relationship not comparable to our 6 years of friendship?

As i was saying, she leaving with him overseas... Will she be ard us for our bdays, graduations, or even weddings??

This make me think of the time when i left to Chengdu for 5 months. I miss my friends terribly, surviving on only emails from each other and updating myself about them from their blogs. I still remember the time i even contact a friend to give me a call when they are attending her bday party, so that i can wish her personally over the phone.

I hope she will miss us too.

Read the other gals' blogs... they are really very angry about this. This made me feel sad about our friendship. In our hearts, we actually still hope she'll change her mind, but we know she would not.

Oh well...

Alright, got to go... Alot needs to be done today for my project and school stuffs. Project meeting tml also. On a sunday. Sad. Anyway got to get used to it, we are having meeting almost 5 days a week. This project is really crazy, taking all my other time left aside from the normal school stuff. My conversation with dear change alot to about the project also. Lol. Can't believe this is only the 2nd week of the semester.

NUS SOC Sem1 AY08/09

Yepp.... the new semester have started this week... Already been attending lectures...
The long and short vacation of 3 months have ended. What have i done den?

Well.... enjoyed myself during this vacation thou... Enjoying all the rest and sleep which is not possible during sch days, slacking the whole day without worrying about sch stuffs, have meetups and gatherings with friends, went for a great HK trip with dear, having fun being an ogl in both freshman orientation camp and week, helping out in the Rag day (doing makeup for the dancers and cheering my best for them)...

Seems i enjoying all the while ya... nah, there's still moments of sianznes despite the hols... such as getting myself a job which i can't stand doing... so in the end even got to break bond and pay hundreds of dollars ... spending money for this and that, and since i din work after tt, so no income... having alot of serious quarrels with dear ... worrying about my major project module for the coming sem...

Anyway, hols have ended... but i'm alr looking forward to the next vac. Lol. Back to sch, back to my sianzation mode... and it's getting worse, with my workload this semester...

Spends alot of points getting the modules also.... Haizz... heartache. Lol. The bidding was crazy, but well... hot modules are like tt. Spend only 1 pt each for 3 of my modules (CS2301, CS3214, CS3361) but took me 695 pts to get my last mod. (PC1322). -_-

So the bidding of mods have also ended, this week starts the balloting of tutorials. Alr settled my PC1322 tut, so friday gonna ballot for the tutorials for my other 2 mods. (CS3214 no tut)

So wat my workload consists of?

CS2301 - Business and Technical Communication (4 MCs)

CS3214 - Information Systems Development Project (8 MCs)

CS3361 - Service Science (4 MCs)

PC1322 - Understanding the Universe (4 MCs)

Yep... that is it.

Really that's it liao. -_-

Anyway, still have to go thru it sooner or later. So well...

Our first overseas trip - Hong Kong !

Alright, here's the HK entry... Better blog it before i drag any longer... Lol.

So how's my HK trip.... everyone been asking me... It was fun and enjoyable ya... Thou i've been there with my gals last year.. but the trip this time seems very new and unfamilar. Cos i was being brought to many different and new places tt i've not been to during the last trip.

And this was my first trip with dear and also our anniversary trip!

All right, here goes...

Singapore -> Hong Kong

Took off on the 18th july, early in the morning at 8am. It was still dawn when i reached airport lor. Lol. Took Cathay Pacific... so the flight journey and breakfast was still alright...

Landed at HK in noon... Took an hour before i can get out of the airport, cos the check out was very long... Dear got out in like 5mins, cos he used his HK PR identity.

After landing at HK, dear's dad pick us up and brought us for lunchie before checking in to Metropark Hotel Kowloon. Was auto upgraded to a club room at their special metropark club floor... Very nice place, spacious, luxious and got flatscreen tv also... so cool...

I shall not go into day 1.. day 2.. kind of details... But to the more interesting categories...

Food... Sinful but yummy...

Ate alot of HK delicacies as well as other food during the trip... Thanks to dear and uncle for all the must- try recommendations.

Ate at places like HK cafes, Dim Sum restaurant, Jap restaurant, HK '大排挡’ (da pai dang), HK eatery as well as streetside stalls...

some dessert snack cafe @ Ocean Terminal, HK cafe which sells all kind of roasted stuffs...

Colours By The River

Also went to one of the houses in Colours By The River. It's dear's dad's project in HK. He designed and bulit them i think. These houses are beautiful, design and all... You can see beautiful scenary from there too. Pretty!

Hong Kong Scenary

Of course another thing not to be miss are the beautiful scenary of HK ya. Went to various places and saw many pretty , sights... mostly very nice lightings... Such as The Peak, Avenue of Stars, Ocean Terminal... Good thing the weather when we were there are really good, so able to see these views clearly.

Ocean Park

Went to Ocean Park as well... But the trip is different from last time. Last year we took on all the rides ya.... but this time is juz strolling and viewing around.

The Aivary - where many different kind of birds, big and small are let loose in there. They are not afraid of human ya...

Took the cable rides as well... which is one of the transport for moving ard Ocean Park... Again the weather was very good and the view up there was beautiful. And one thing, dear have height probia. Lol. Oops.

Focus of the day was to go see my fav dolphins. Miss it last year, and i determined not to miss it again. Went to Dolphin University, and it's where these dolphins learn their tricks and stuffs. There's so many dolphins there.... and we're so near them! So fun ya. They are so happy swimming ard and when their 'teachers' came, they become more hyper. Each of them have their own pail of food with their name on it. So cute lah!. I'm impressed tt those trainers and the dolphins themselves noe who they are. Lol. Also went to the Ocean threate to watch their performance. It was great! There's live band singing, water ballet performance, seal performances and of course the dolphins show!

There's also pandas at Ocean Park! As usual, these pandas is living a good life... Nice air-con habitat, food lying everywhere... Lol. But there's only 4 big pandas there. Only 2 of them stay at the same place. That two is the most funny de lah. They keep pushing or playing with each other. The other one is the next room was sleeping, and the last one was eating non-stop. Lol. So cute!

Hong Kong Transportation

There is many different kind of transportation in HK. Managed to try most of them. But our main transport during this HK trip is dear's dad's car. Lol. But still we did took express train in the airport, cab, their public bus to the ocean park, the MTR, their ferry across the islands, their 'electric tram/bus' as well as the tram/train to the peak. Lol. Fun!

Juz some random shots i took randomly. Lol. There's my lions surrounding the new sheepie bought in HK, a ice-skate area right in the middle of a shopping center, some luggage shots, a desert stall that's kind of similar to my name, LOL. Also saw a taiwanese boyband, bang bang tang or lollipop while having dim sum lunch with dear's relatives. By request of my sis, took some pics and videos of them, while enduring the screaming power of HK gals.

So that's about all of the HK trip. Had fun thou tiring. Enjoyed ourselves to all the food (esp) in HK, beautiful scenary, sight-seeing to many places, shopping, taking all sorts of public transports, day of fun in Ocean park, and spending time together during this trip.

Also i become even more tanned as well. Shucks.

Alright, so this marks the end of the trip and also my hols. Already started cs3214 workshop ytd. Today also got lessons all the way till sat. But i overslept, so din go. Whahaha. Alr demoralised from the 39 pages of lab ytd. Which is supposed to be only for Day 1, which i haven finish. And 44 pages for Day 2. Wth. And all those mini project and oral presentation... I think i should really skip it. Sianzz...

Anyway, started the biddings this week le. Alr got my 3 modules in Round 1A for 1pt each. Yea. But now left with PC1322, which is a very hot module. And the average bidding pt for this mod is at least 400 and more. Siao. So will see how it goes... The battle begins next Mon in Round 2A, if kanna outbid, den i need think of backup liao. *Cross fingers*

Alright, tt's all for now. Gonna go backup some of my laptop stuffs... Gonna reformat and reinstall all the programs before i start my CS3214 proper.

Yepp... that's the day before i flew off to HK... Celebrated our anni...
Here's a brief post on that special day...

Dear asked me wat i wanted, i say surprises... But days before the anni day, I've alr guess most of the surprises, Lol... Opps, sorry dear...

Anyway, thanks for planning ya...
Anyway, dear came over in the morning, and i was still half asleep... Lol...

Dear craving for Long John Sliver for lunch at first... but i surprised him with Long XiangNing's Kitchen instead. Lol... Yepp, cooked lunch for him... as he keep saying i've not cooked anything proper for him... (I've made chocz and cookies for him before lor)

So, locked dear outside the kitchen for an hour, while i get busy with the cooking. Lunch menu of the day was Omelette fried rice, grill wings in char siew sauce and teriyaki salmon. Lol.
Also plan to prepare waffles ice-cream but i was too full liao...

Anyway, dear ate up everything.. So i'm assuming it's good lah. Lol. At least din waste my effort of gg supermarket to get the stuffs, prepare the food and all those cooking and washing up. Dun wanna do it again unless got time.... too much prepration, work and time liao. Lol.

Also after lunch, i took a shower and get ready before we headed out. Went to Sentosa to see my favorite dolphins, underwater world... Lol... frequent Sentosa recently ya... Till evening, we headed to town to have dinner @ Augus Steak House.

Of course, dinner was so much better than lunch...Haha... The course got so many dishes, was already full after the soup... forgot to take pic of the salad also... and can't resist the steak... Lol... Was very bloated after dinner... Start of the sinfulness which was continued by the HK trip...

After dinner, we walk ard abit to help in the digestion.. before heading back home... Cos need to get up really early the next time for our trip...

Had a fun day with dear, and really enjoyed every moment. Thanks dear.

Dunno what wrong with me... Been having bad headache for the past 2 days... had gastric pain till i want to cry... vomited out my dinner juz now also.... almost ended up in NUH... (dear insisted but i dun want go).

But now back at home, feeling much better le... Juz tired and weak... Maybe too tired or wat bah...

Missing me already? Aside from the hijacked post, i've not blog so far for almost a month le ya... Was busy and tired out previously from the events i think i've mentioned in my last post. Anyway, most of the events are over liao.... but more things are coming up next...

Alright, the 4 days 3 nights of Camp XCalibur is over le. It was a fun, tiring, enjoyable camp. Getting to noe the freshies and new pple... It seems so fast ya... Juz a year ago, i'm the one joining the camp as freshie, and now i have my own freshies! Whahaha. (",)

Alright, back to this camp. My freshies or rather my cubs/lions are a really a bunch of hyperactive pple... (My group was Simba the Lions, lol... my fav lions again ya) We had fun getting to noe each other and interacting with everyone ya... Starting from all the mass chats even before the camp, to the neverending outings and dinners, Simbas have been meeting up both online and outside for dunno how many times liao... And it's only less than 2 weeks after the camp. Lol. And juz like ytd, we met up for movie and dinner again. So it's like we have alr have 4 outings in a week...Lol.

But anyway, not all outings are purely the Simbas, often we are joined by many seniors too... Btw, we have put up Simbas on facebook too... So discussions on outings and photos are put up there... Maybe it is quite ridiculous to meet up every 2 or 3 days, but to think about it. This is the last month of hols liao, very soon semester gonna start, and i'm quite sure when school starts i dun have time for outings or dinner liao...

Yepp, got to start prepare myself for the my 3rd semester. Already decided to take cs3214, a 8 MCs project module. Been dreading to take it, but seems it is now only available in semester 1, if i dun take it now, i'll have to wait till next year, along with my other 4000 levels modules.

So went to read up the module details last night. Sianz, I'm supposed to start my practicals next week for like 3 weeks, den there's workshops everyday on week 0, where everyone is having fun with orientation, and den the very week 1 everything starts. I've seen ppl gg thru this, stress, tireness, frustration is all ard them. And i'm gonna be juz like one of them, or even worse...

Already download the practs materials, will go start on them soon. And I've still have not plan my modules for the coming semester aside from cs3214. Got to go take note of the modules stuffs... and gonna start the bidding, balloting stuffs once again.

So could not really acc my group and other new freshies for the Computing Orientation Week as gl, but would still try to drop by as and when i'm free.

Sorry ya, sch haven even starts, and i'm alr complaning. Lol. So you can expect more to come along from my week -3 to week 13 ya.

Still feeling tired... slept so much liao... Lol, i admit i iz piggy. Woke up today with abit of sore eyes... Muz be the crying last night. Lol. Nothing to worry, juz got very pissed off by dear ytd. Anyway, we talked it out, so guess everything settled le. Maybe it's me tt dun understand his worries and stuffs, maybe it's me tt make him insecure. Anyway i do noe, not saying anything doesn't mean i dun understand. Whatever it is, we been quarrelling over the same thing, and he always pick the wrong timing and place to start it. But anyway, hope tt 's the end of it.

Maybe it's not a bad thing to have a quarrel at this time... Juz a week before our anniversary. Lol. At least we cleared things up. So I'm still looking forward to our celebrations next week. Part 1 on the actual day, part 2 continues with our HK trip. Yepp, my trip to HK with dear have been finalised. Will be gg from the 18th july to 22nd july. This time no need worry about programs and stuffs, communication or directions. Dear can handle it all. I laugh at him if we get lost there lor. (",)

Been really slacking or to some pple, i'm enjoying life... Lol...
Always sleep in late, no worries about oversleeping, no stress, juz some boredom sometimes...

Lol... What a life. Think this is the first time since my poly days that I'm having the lazy slacking hols... Before i started poly till the last hols in dec last year, for every vacation or break, i've been working here and there.... usually work till the few days or even the day before i start sch.

Alright, this vacation although I did work, for only for like 2 weeks den i quit liao. So not exactly a vac job i think. First time i quit a job also. Did not regret giving up on this job, but did not regret getting this job also. At least i did learn some experience from there and know what to look out for in looking for jobs next time.

So rested for awhile after that job, and start to think of getting another job... Did went for interview at PC, but was not shortlisted. So too bad. So muz be fate den. Lol. Fate that I should slack throughout this vacation. Lol. Lazy me.

Yep, so it was decided. Enjoy my hols. Lol.

So what have i been doing... Hmm, did met up with my gals for SATC movie, shopping and chatting.... gonna meet up again soon for shir's bday, celebrated shaun's bday with KTV, dinner and Mahjong session, met with some uni friends for Kungfu Panda movie and dinner last night, got a pre-camp this weekend, gonna meet up next week with doris they all before she goes on her Europe trip, gonna meet up with Samuel next week as well before he leave for Taiwan for 9 months and last but not least got to attend the SOC freshman orientation camp'08 in the last week of june.

Alrighty, that more or less summarized my schedule for the month of June.

Was supposed to take a short break first before starting my MA1312 studying, but was too sianz, so will start tml instead. Lol.

Dun worry people.

I've start breathing again.

Yep, juz had my cs2261 presentation this noon. It's was alright, except the first part of my assignment 1 which doesn't work at first, gave me some connection refused error. So no choice, had to skip that part and continue presenting the rest. After which, tried to present using one of the desktop in the lab, but that desktop's system variables is not set. So i've got to set the java environment, but the thing is i dunno how to set. Lol. So download this java environment setup guide and tried to set up. But anyway, after the setup thingy is settled, i downloaded my assignment and run in command prompt. Thanks goodness, it works perfectly. Grin.

So is my lappy prob lah.... Din have this problem in school before. Nvm, its over and I'm happy. That y i choose to present on Monday, and not wait till friday. But for everyone who have not presented, good luck and hope ur presentation can be bug-less....

Settled with this java project, feels so relax. Gee... But still got a cs3254 presentation tml. Haven prepare yet. Lol. After which, got to pia my cs1105 project and fna creative report. Sianzz....

But at least i'm down to 2 projects only le ya.

Gonna start planning my exams revision too as well.... It's juz end of this month.

Juz received Janelle's wedding invitation card.. Gonna be one of her sisters gang for her wedding. Juz attended my cousin's wedding dinner last night. Such a sweet and nice wedding in European style. Funny too, when the video shows how my cousin (the groom) & his bros suffered when they "fetching" the bride, and the making of their photoshoot, where they went rendang. Everything seems so perfect for them. Congrats again! Wonder how's it'll be like when it's my turn, if it ever comes. Lol.

Morning.

Think this is the first time that i blog in the morning.... or rather still dawn time. Why wake up so early, nothing better to do huh?

Lol. Nah, juz the opposite. How to wake up, when i've not even sleep. Not nothing to do, but too much to do that i've to give up my beauty sleep.

Part of uni life. Especially in certain weeks, where datelines and tests comes together.

This week quite xiong, cos got 2 projects and ma1312 test. Next week got 2 presentations. Been chionging my java enterprise development project for these few days.. keep having dunno-wat-kind-of-error that keep stopping me from progressing. It's a cruise system project, and it's really tiring me out together with other projects.... Like that how am i gonna do cs3214?

Have not been having a decent sleep for the past few days.... this is the second night that i've not slept consecutively. Hmmm, okie not exactly 48hrs, i did at least rest during my travelling journeys. How sad.

Stay up all night on tues to do my jsp pages. Stay up all night ytd to settle my functions. At least the more critical parts are settled. Cos the dateline is tonight 23.59pm. Worst still, i have a MA1312 test tml morning. Haven study, revise or even do my helpsheet. Seems like tonight no sleep again....

Whatever. Still have to go through it. Remember the list of stuffs on my previous post? I'm still not clear of those. Worse, the list now is longer.

Great huh.

Anyway, the long weekend of good friday is over, no more hols till end of semester le. So it's gonna be work and more work all the way. Did enjoy the good friday hols thou, spending time with dear. Thanks dear for taking care of me, my stomach, my emotions and everything.

Feeling so tired, physically and mentally. But i noe it's not time for me to rest yet. So no choice lor.

Alright, gonna go settle my never-ending tutorials and maybe touch on some from my that list of work.

How's everyone?? Enjoyed celebrating and partying out with friends and ur loved ones??

I enjoyed myself too. Thou it's a weekday, but seems like everywhere is so packed ya... But still love and sweetness is in the air ya... Had a pre-Vday celebration with my gals last sat where we had a stayover at Shirley's place... Had our mini handmade gifts exchange.... Thanks gals, the gifts are very sweet and nice... Luv ya all...

Anyway since it was my free day on V-day itself, i can finally sleep till late morning...lol... Cos dear got lessons till 3, so actually plan to go out with some friends from soc to watch "Ah Long Pte Ltd", but since the show is at 4pm, so dear managed to join us... (",)

Was laughing non-stop throughout the moive....lol.... thou there's some parts were kind of stupid, but nevertheless, everyone really had a good laugh. After the movie, we parted our ways and we walked ard before heading to Joaqium where we booked a dinner for two. Was more than full after the dinner....lol...cmi....

So we decided that we need a walk.... lol.... we headed to east coast and a nice stroll followed by a ride ard pasir ris.... Enjoyed myself that night.... Hope u did too, dear...

How's everyone's festive hols?? Still enjoying and partying??

Anyway, most people are back to school/work today le ya.... Quite sianz but at this this CNY fall right before a weekend, so still not bad got a long weekend.

Today back to school for me too.... Been out visiting relatives and friends every single day since the first day of CNY.... Tired... Let's see.... visited both parent's side of relatives on the first day, went 2 cousin's place and pong's place on the 2nd day, been to Ms Lam (poly lecturer/tutor) and shirley's place for a gathering/stayover with the gals on the 3rd day, and last but not least on 4th day, had relatives coming over to my place, and went around house-visiting to Doris, Sok and Shaun's place. Really enjoyed the past few days...

Got a CNY/JC class gathering this saturday at Van's place too.... followed by a dinner gathering with my poly mates and house visit to Alvin's place too... Still in the celebration mood i guess... lol

Yep, been out everyday. That means i did not do any work at all.... tutorials, assignments, projects, workshops.... touch nothing at all... Really got alot to catch up le.... The study break is end of this month, after which is all my datelines and tests dates le.... Sianz...

Dunno y, been kind of moody... PMS, mood swings, Monday blues, watever u call it. Juz feel like crying sometimes... Dun ask why, i dunno oso. Nvm.

Gonna really get some work done le.... Last minute work is not possible for me, provided i got that last minute.

First of all Happy new 2008 to all!!!

Yep, i'm survived yet another year, lol. Gonna sleep soon le, but juz droppin by here in case anyone think this is a dead blog.

Did not find the time and mood to blog previously, busy with this and that... Also dunno wat i buzzing around with, lol... Let's see, since my previous Xmas post last year, i had my Xmas celebrations, after which i went back Blue to work. Yep, worked all the way till school starts. Hmmm, work was alright, not too stressed up as before, quite slack actually....lol.... opps. Anyway, my chatbox already mention that i was rotting some day at some time in the office.

The week before sch starts, was busy working as well as planning my mods and bidding them... Such a waste time system NUS have... But guess it's all part of a NUS student life... -_-

Managed to get my 5 mods for 5 points, gee. Happy. But that was not all, after the mods bidding done, starts the tutorial balloting rounds. Only managed to get 4 mod tutorials slots, except 1 mod. Shug* Not all my first choice anyway. So ballot again in the 2nd round for my last tut, and yeah, got it. Lol, got all the same tuts as janice, jos and paul too... Lol, projects team settled. (",)

So next week starting tutorials liao, got to try to finish up all the tutorials before next week else can't catch up. On the other hand, busy packing my stuffs and buying new stuffs. Did i mention i moving house? Anyway, schedule to move this coming sunday. Lots of things need to settle, so mah fan. I dun like to move house. Anyway i'll moving to bedok north, opposite of the blk 85 market/eatery or whatever people called it. Lots of good food there. Lol. Already got people predicting that my long-awaited diet plan won't even get started at all.

Anyway this time was very rush, so alot of stuffs we couldn't get in time. Luckily i settle my work station with dear's help , else i'll have to do work on the floor? Lol. Thanks alot dear.

Right now, my current place is packed with boxes and bags... So messy.

So hopefully i can settle with all these asap, before i get myself busy with school work. Seems quite hectic for this sem.... Had alot of projects/assignments/exams all around the same week. Lack of time is also a problem. So got to start asap once the project specs are released. My grades last sem was quite bad, so gonna buck up this time round. Hopefully.

But before that, since CNY approaching, muz meet up with my friends ya. Alright, had a long day today, got to go sleep liao. Tml still have to go help mommy clean the new place after sch... Den thurs have to station at the new place to wait for those furniture deliveries. Already thought of how to spend my time there le... Lol, gonna bring my lappy to play Turbo Subs. Gee.

Cheers!!! Yep, it's the christmas season again! So fast ya.... How's everyone spending ur Xmas?? Non-stop celebrations?? Gatherings, catching up with friends, gift exchanging and enjoying all the good food and wine??

Seems like everyone is having fun ya.... Me too.... Have not slept for more than 24 hours le... Lol... Woke up early to make some stuffs, den went to meet my gals for Xmas celebration. Had a nice Xmas dinner with my gals at a very nice Jap restuarant... Thanks gals for all the gifts and thanks to Shirley for the yummy logcake.... (",)

After dinner went to meet Sok den went over to Shaun's party.... Sorry for arriving late.... but anyway we stayover with few of Shaun's friends... Shaun's dad was a great cook and the Xmas buffet looks really good, but too bad i am too full to have another second round after my Jap dinner. Was chatting and playing many card games throughout the night till juz now....lol... It was really fun and enjoyable... Thou everyone was tired, but still we really enjoyed ourselves....

So fast it's gonna be 2008 soon le.... 2007 is considered quite a happening year to me ya... Studies, relationships and about my gals... Anyway, hope 2008 will really be a great year ahead! Hmmm, but before that, let me first wish myself good luck for the upcoming results releasing ard Boxer's day... *Pray hard*

It's the holidays!!!

Yeah, congrats to me! Yep, it's my last paper ytd and it's the first day of hols!!!

Finally exams are over. Finally the hols is here.

Managed to survive GEK1527 ytd. Lol, already stoning by the time i reached my 80th qns. People ard me start sianz-ing too... Haha, but still... it's over. (",)

So after ytd paper, Dear pick me up and we went for lunch and movie. Watched Enchanted. Not a bad show, quite a musical too! Love the songs from the show. After which went to dear's place and i KO-ed. Haha, what u expect? Did not had a wink the previous night ya, cos was studying the whole night den go sch for paper le. Tired tired.

Today slept till afternoon too. Lol. Den went to meet Janice and jojo to bring them to Blue for interview. Yep, i'm gonna go back to work soon. It's nice to see my colleagues once again. Too bad some of them already left the company le. Anyway, will get to work with them again. Lol.
After their interviews, we went vivo to shop around. Such a nice feeling. (",)

Went to eat and den to movie again. Hee, yep another movie. It's The Golden Compass this time. Quite nice too! But it doesn't really have a complete ending, so got a strong feeling, there's gonna be a sequel to it. Ohhh, hope it can be release soon.

Haha, seems like so far i've spend my time quite well hur. That's not all. Gonna go out with sis tml. Meeting my gals for potluck and stayover this Sat, will be making sushi and getting donuts. Catching up with my pals next week too, class gathering in mist of organising and so on and on... Haha... I deserve it, don't i?

Jealous of my sis. She's going HK soon too. She gonna go perform at some college, victoria peak and disneyland. So fun ya. Great experience too. All the best to her. Too bad someone got some SAP course... Hmmm... lol. Anyway, bring back presents and loads of pictures hor.

Well well, can't even remember when is the last update of this blog. Can't even sort of remember what needs to be updated here. But anyway, tired of studying, feel like slacking, so drop in here for awhile. (",)

Anyway seems like alot have happened, but not that i remember of clearly. Only seems to be busy recently with school and studies. Yep, it's the recess week now... That is study break plus project-ing week. But sadly, already ending le, which means the mid-sem tests are here...

Will be having 3 papers next week... already finished my very first cs1231x discrete paper, which i failed, understandably and expected, lol. So let's see how the other papers goes ya...gee.

Went back to NUS to study for the first 2 days, went to NYP for the next 2 days. Miss the food at nyp there badly, but sadly the foodcourt and Mac Canteen is undergoing renovations. Nvm, there's still the south canteen anyway. Also met up with Mr Ong ytd, with jos, yongxiang & boon heng... Haha all ex-NYP, current NUS students... It was a nice chatting session of catching up. Quite miss those times in NYP also. Hope Mr Ong can really arrange a place for us to go back to study anytime ya, wahaha. (",)

How's life in NUS? The most often qns asked. Alright lor, sianz lo, nothing much. My answers to the qns. Haha, lol. Slowly getting used to the life there.... but not the results i getting hur.

Yep, is having the Freshman Orientation Week aka FOW currently.... Trying to noe my way around and getting to noe more schoolmates... Graduation Day!

Hiya, it's been like a month since my last post ya... Haha, still the lazy me... Anyway, it's already into the month of July, grad day is coming, work @ blue is ending, new uni life is starting...

Yep, juz 2 more days to grad day @ nyp, not really excited or looking forward to it anyway, lol.
But yup, would be able to meet up with my schoolmates and teachers again ya. After the grad day, it would really mark the end of my poly days... as well as the starting of another school life.

Went for Emerga camp juz last week by Nus Soc, went to aloha loyang for the camp/chalet. It was a 4 days 3 nights of fun, and i really enjoyed myself as well as making new friends & meeting future seniors, besides the insects bites & bruises I got for myself. And great that to be in Casya The Archers group 2. Hope can meet more friends & schoolmates in the FOW in august as well.

New semester starting soon, there's alot of stuffs needs to be settle... Medical checkup, QET, MA1301, planning of my modules and timetable, getting the ez-link, appeal for my hostel stay....etc... Anyway, hope can settle down in nus soc asap too. Alright, I admit I'm not exactly looking forward to the mugging part of uni life, lol.

Really tired after the camp, even more shagged on friday for work, lol... But still i had a good rest & enjoyed my weekend. Meet up with boon for dinner on sat... Haha, u're right, we muz be crazy to go all the way there for dinner, lol. Also had our Casya gathering on Sunday, later join by other freshies and seniors. We watched Transformers. Heard alot of good ratings for this show, I think it's not bad on the whole, juz that I got lost sometimes in their fighting scenes...
Anyway, had kind of a complicated day as well... I'm not sure why once again I got myself in this kind of situation.

Anyway, work @ Blue still as usual... But now slowly handing over my projects to my colleagues as well as rushing for the Millennium project which is due very soon. Hoepfully everything goes smoothly, so that there's be no OTs and working from home for me ya. Lol.

Long weekend!

Hmmm, continuing from my previous entry, i went to HK and now I'm back! Yep, so short a trip hor. But it's was the first trip with my gals, and we really have fun there.

Haha, but i juz got into a little trouble before my last awaited trip even begin, lol. Anyway, not that serious also lah, juz that juz about 2 hours before my flight, I finally realised that my passport expiry date is less than the 6 months validity. Yep, that it. Only realized it when I'm leaving for the airport. Such nice timing huh. Anyway, made couple of calls about this matter, so instead of the airport, I went straight down to the ICA to made a temp passport. Managed to settle it within an hour, thanks to the staff there who help me to handle the processing immediately considering it to be an emergency case, thanks to the people who are queuing at the photo booth to let me cut their queue, (btw, did i mentioned that the first group of aunties refused to let me go first? Sianz. But good thing the lady with his son next in the queue was too nice to reject my plead), thanks to the cab driver who try his hardest to send me straight to the airport entrance asap. So, thank goodness I make it to the check-in counter (it was closing already). And thanks to my sis who helped to send my lugguage to the airport too. But I wasn't too late thou. Gee.

So happening huh. Funny I was spared the scoldings for my blurness and was complimented for my calmness & independent in settling this matter instead. Lol. But I would never wanna try this again. Alright, back to the trip. Went to alot of shopping areas, tried their local food & of course their yummy mango ice deserts, went to the star avenue as well as the ocean park. Really tiring but did enjoyed it ya. Esp the ocean park, we managed to try almost all their rides, such as the The Dragon (roller coaster), Raging River, The Abyss (that free fall thingy), Crazy Galleon (viking), Mine Train and many exciting rides. In my opinon, that seem-so-harmless Mine Train was the most "exciting" ride of all. I totally freaked out. -_-" No more that for me again. But really pity that we couldn't made it for the dolphin performance cos we got to rush back to hotel to get our stuffs and to the airport for our flight back. Sad. I'll visit the dophin university next time for sure.

So after the trip, the very next morning is back to work for me. Totally shagged. Kept dozing off during work. And that continues for the rest of the whole week. Anyway workload getting more as well.. currently involved in 2 "full-time" projects and 2 "part-time" projects. But still the nice & funny environment there made gg to work fun, even during OTs. My highest OT record so far is near 11pm, haha.

That day went simon's place for his birthday party too. Hope u enjoyed & like the present we got for ya! Went to help out in the afternoon to made sushi & onigiri. Glad that people commented that it was good.

Alot of movies recently ya... guess it's the june hols. Catch spiderman3 with favian the other day, i think it was nice. Wanna watch more nice shows too!

Today is public hol, tml is blue day (so no need go work), den is the weekend. Great. So today meet up for sok & dor to go to the PC show @ suntec. Gosh, the whole island population are there. It was such a squeezy shopping trip. Really. Saw some friends working there as well ya. No plans to tml yet, but mom not working tml also, so maybe can go for some shopping again, Gee.

Come on. It's the GSS.

Recently started to pick up reading again, on the shopaholic series as well as the other collections of sohpie kinsella. Not bad. Btw, did i mentioned of this cute little puppy i saw @ Vivo's pet safari? It was so adorable. I named it furball. And i'll visit it sometimes during lunch time too.

Ohh, I'm missing it already.

Oh ya, I've decided my uni too. Finally huh. Will be sending in my NUS form tml. And den have to settle some application stuffs too. Most prob got to take leave again. I hate to take leave, not that i love blue that much, but there goes my pay for that day. It's so not worth it. But anyway, my boss extended me till August, juz before I start sch. So will be expecting to work all the way before studying. And almost everyday, he will psycho me to stay in Blue. Juz the other day, he pulled me to the meeting room to brainwash me again, lol.

Oh ya, i haven confirm my attendance for my poly graduation ceremony on 4th July. And haven made my order for that graduation attire (I call it the harry potter robe) too. Seems like so much to do ya... Will be meeting shaun this sat to celebrate his birthday too. Hey, I'm expecting to hear lots of stories from your cambodia backpack trip k!

Hong Kong Here I come!

Yozz, juz a little quick post before I fly. Yep, will be leaving for airport in 2 hours time, and taking off to Hong Kong with my gals! Haha, i love travelling! So hope really will have a great time there!

But arghhh... I should already be in HK right now. But juz ytd cathay cancelled our morning flight! No explanation or anything given for this sudden change. They also replaced with another flight 8 hours later. And that mean we gonna reach HK in the night. Totally wasted a whole day of precious time. Arghh... And cos it's in the night, there's be no hotel transfer, and we gonna find our way to the hotel. On top of that, messed up our schedule as well. :(

Forget it, juz got make the best of it now ya. Went to ying's place ytd night for some chitchat-ing with the gals... Haha, that's gals... even if we'r spending the next few days together, but our chitchat dun seems to reduce, lol.

Anyway, will be back ard midnight on Monday. Sianz, den tues morning got to work le, wah, will be really shagged i think. This month really took too much leave liao, lol. Wed took another half day leave for a scholarship interview @ SMU also. So fast ya, already work more than a month in BLUE, and very soon, simon, danial & ethan leaving le also.

And very soon, it'll be the dateline for the universities acceptance period, still undecided. Hopefully, I'll at least noe wat i want before that ya. Becos of this HK trip, gonna miss the SMU ISM briefing on sat & NTU double deg tea session on Sun as well. Oh well...

It's MayDay...

Konichiwa... It's already into the month of May...
And guess most people have more or less finishing their exams le ya!
Congrats ya! Reward urself with a nice break ya... And also catching up with me k!

And of course... I'm counting down to my HK trip... Juz 6 days more! But kind of busy with work everyday, so have not done any packing or preparation yet. However will be meeting my gals tml to discuss our plans about the trip. Hmm, alright, will start packing up this weekend, else there's not much time left... Cos i only took leave from the 10th to 14th, so still have to work the day before i fly... Got to change some HK dollars too. (",)

Anyway, also still fretting about my uni offers... Still not very sure which to take up, but sooner or later,I've an answer for myself i hope. And since I've not really been to NUS, so met up with boon on sat to ask him to be my nus tour guide! Haha... since he already done with his exams, so can afford the time to entertain me ah, and it's been a long time since we last met up. Bring back some memories too. Anyway, had quite a nice tour in nus ya, went to his hall, ate in the biz canteen, tour ard computing/science buildings, had a nice view from the soc rooftop, tour ard few libraries full of people studying and also some other places... Since it's still the exams period, so not much people ard in the campus on a Sat afternoon.

Thanks to boon for explaining the stuffs to me and bringing me ard, else I'll be sure to lose my way in there ya, lol. But sorry to "steal" ur student card ah, so met up with him for lunch ytd in vivo. Btw, u have not told me where to get the stuffs u want from HK ya.

Also met ethan for dinner and movie on sat night. Watched the midnight show of 200 pounds beauty, i think it's quite a nice and touching comedy. Haha, really did enjoyed it, but also tired cos got home ard 3 plus. Thought thru alot that night as well...

Had a great labour day too! Met up with shaun, sok & dor for squash! Yeah, finally after so long, get to play again... Haha, they have not finished their exams, but decided to have a day off first, lol. Hey ya, jia you for ur exams k! I'll meet up with u all again after I'm back k. After squash, went for lunch and den to doris's place for mahjong! Wahaha, dun remember when the last time i played... few years ago bah...lol.

After labour day, it's back to working life again... These few days kinda busy, alot of stuffs to rush, and things keep coming in. Nvm, it's friday tml! Oh ya, was told that there gonna be a fire drill tml for the whole building in the morning, lol. Haha, interesting hur.

Seems like alot of great shows coming up recently, like spiderman 3 ya... Want to watch too!
Oh ya, by now u all should have already realised that u're looking at my new blogskin. Haha, nice? Like the simple layout and colours, as well as the jap wordings, which kind of reflects my feelings sometimes... And i kind of like where u all can also leave comments for each of the entries ya. It seems like the time have come...

Yozz, long time never update again le ah...
Nah, maybe cos started work, so kinda tired after each long day... esp this week, as I've got to take over 2 colleagues who took leave... Did made some mistakes also, like forgetting to upload some images, making the website missing its images even at the live site, haizz, nvm, shall not dwell on my mistakes, will learn from it instead. Phew, great that it's finally over for this week... Hopefully no more OT-ing for me le ah...

Anyway, have been working for almost a month... Nice place, nice people, and really learn some new things... And still got two more months to go before my contract ends... but my supervisor keep phycho-ing me to stay, cos he wants to confirm me. ( as a perm staff)

Really not sure what i wanted also... by the way, already received the replies from the universities. Glad that I'm offered all my first choices. But now got to make another choice also...

A) NUS - Computing
B) NTU - Biz & Computing (Double degree)
C) SMU - Information System Management
D) Continue working in BLUE

Haizz, it's not the first time, in fact millions of time this question been asked by my family and friends, colleagues and everyone... But I juz say till then den decide. Yep, that time has come, but i still dunno my answer. Any advise?

But nvm, since the period to reply is from next month, I decide to think about it after I'm back from my HK trip. Gee, muz enjoyed first mah. Lol. Yeah, my trip already confirmed, and also bought the travel insurance from shirley, thanks gal. I already have requests from people on what they want from there, lol. Haha, fast huh. No guarantee about it, but i promise to try my best to keep a lookout ya!

Thou this week very busy and tiring, but also managed to meet up with my classmates on thurs night for dinner @ Sakura, somerset. Not a bad place ya. Heard some of them enlisting in June/July, all the best to them ya! Leon met us for lunch on that day too, since he came to BLUE for interview, nice to see him good and well too!

Oh ya, ytd, have a very full dinner too.. cos heard my colleagues went to botak jones on thurs, so we decide to go on friday after work too. Went to the Toa Payoh branch, like a factory canteen, lol. But anyway, the food is good and cheap ya. Have a nice chat too, with my colleagues/opp mates.

Guess alot of people having exams right now, got to jia you ya! It will all pays off! Can't wait to go HK , can't wait to meet up for squash , can't wait to go out for dinner and catching up with u all ya! Miss u all ! And all the best to a friend's mum, who got hospitalised. But great that things got better, and my friend sound more cheer up after chatting with him last night compared to the depressed him previously. Sorry but will try to pay a visit one of these days k.

It's another month...

It's friday, yeah... It's gonna be weekend tml... Meaning I can no need set alarm clock. Lol.
Anyway, quite a busy week thou, got 2 interviews and workload increasing...

Anyway due to work, only able to reach home every day bout 7 plus, so kind of tired. But no choice also, got to work ah. But this week took 2 days off for interviews. Yep, both over le. Went for NTU interview, meet up with Favian and YS to go together... Still remember it was a hot day and we're in formal. Phew. The interview was alright i think, juz basically Q&A kind with 2 interviewers for 15 mins.

Today took another day off for SMU interview. It's was kind of interesting, as it's not the normal typical kind of interview. It's took about 2 hours. And it consist of alot of parts, besides reading articles, posters, and answering questions, IQ qns and lastly a dialogue session. Had group activity too. I was the only gal in my group of 6, but the guys are nice people ya. Btw, the question ask was " What's the total no. of bicycles used in Singapore?" (",)

Anyway, it was long but really interesting and fun i think. Btw, surprisely met my dear squash president, ShunPing after the interview. Haha, it's great to see him after so long ah... Glad he doing well. Had a nice chat with him as well. Catch up with u next time k, take care and dun fall sick anymore ya.

After that, met bobby, so went for for lunch @ suki sushi buffet. Wah, very long time never had buffet le, haha reminds me of our opp weekly buffet dosage in Chengdu! After that, cos i wanted to watch Mr Bean's Holiday, so got the movie tickets. It was quite a relaxing comedy, really like it. Feel that Mr Bean is such a simple person, and he also very determined to do wat he wants, no matter wat's happening ard him. So had a good laugh too.

Next week gonna go back work again... But this week very boring, didn't do much... So basically, juz dozing off, reading a book on html, surfing the intranet, checking my company email every after 2 min.... Haizz.... But my job is on the web maintanence including BEA, HP and microsoft websites. So if they have any information, banners or any content that's requires changes or updating, I've got to change them. But the steps and process is very tedious, as there's alot of details to look into, and the changes need to be perfect. So kind of worried about mistakes too.

At least next week got a hol, yep good friday! Got to collect my HK trip tickets and also go for janice's bday party. Good to see my poly mates again!. Alright, will update again soon again. Hiya, back again....
There's seems to be alot of stuffs happening recently... Results, notifications, interviews and lots more... never-ending...

Anyway, first up is my final semester results... yup, already released on Wed midnight. As usual, Jan's called me up to inform me my results... Thanks ya... Anyway, results this semester was alright, dropped alittle, but still decent. With this, I'm graduated! Yeah...

On the very same day, went for a job interview intro by XS... It's a foreign IT company called BLUE, located at Habourfront Center. Got a surprise written test on html during the interview, dunno how to do at all.. so handed in blank paper...haha... So the person say will contact me by Friday about the result of the interview... But who noe's, 2 hours later i left the company, he called and ask me to sign the contract and start work the very next day... So efficient sia. I still haven rest enough, not prepared yet.

Met up with XS and simon after the interview in school to collect the result transcript and den we went to central to walk ard. Den at night, received sms from NTU to fix the interview also...
So called up NTU to confirm my interview, which is next Mon... Not long after, SMU called up to informed me of interview also, which is next Friday... Sianz, I dread interviews.

Anyway, today is the first day of work. Kinda sianz, cos was ask to do a practial test, that is create a webpage based on the standards given... Took me almost the whole day juz doing this... anyway, it's only for me to fill my time, cos first day, nothing much to do except understand about my project team and their work.

Also took a quick tour ard the office when all the staff went for a meeting with the big boss... The office had a very nice open space outside, which captured the whole view of Sentosa island. Can see the sea, merlion and cable cars too... Beautiful.

So sianz tml got to work again... but good thing simon and adrian also working there but different project team. How i wish i can change team with them. And XS is joining us next month too. Haha, seems like OPP attachment again, except the pay is more than double.

So it's seem kinda busy, release of results, starting of work and the upcoming uni interviews as well... Anyway, juz got to settle all these asap... and also can't wait to go on the HK trip with my gals, confirmed to be from the 10th to 14th May. Weee...

Still Slacking?

Hiya... long time never update le ya...
Anyway, finally finished my poly life... and CNY also ended le...

So basically, currently slacking... haha... But did send my resume and also applied a recruitment agency... so now is juz waiting for calls or anything... but will still lookout for available jobs ya... So people, if u got any temp job lobang, contact me k.... Haha...

So previously, doesn't have much happenings also... juz gg out and meeting friends...
And since there's the IT fair as well as travel fair, so visit the suntec quite a couple times...
For the IT fair, went 2 times... got a printer, mini sd card for my sis... and also a camera... Haha, speaking of the camera, cos my dad got so interested in the camera that only cost 199 from the sunday papers... so after dinner immediately head down to the convention hall to get it... in the last half an hour of the fair...lol

As for the travel fair.... also meet up with my gals and went to few travel agencies to check out the best tour package... Cos we plan to go for a F&E Hong Kong trip in May... as our graduation trip... So we managed to decide on the Five Stars package... So now left is the confirmation and booking...Most prob gg to the agency this week to settle these stuffs.. That means I have to hurry get a job in order to pay for my trip expenses ah...

Anyway, exams results will also be releasing soon... So good luck to me den... Haha, like feel so lost after poly ah... Also due to something that makes me feel so weird yet funny...haha... Happy yet gulity... Haha... Confused liao... But thinking about it and looking back... I really wonder wat's wrong with me... Why do I do this over and over again... Thou I understand it's not totally my fault, but it's me to start with ya.. And yet I keep running away from it... Honestly, I dun like doing this. I really dun mean it. I'm sorry. Really sorry.

Alright, forget about it, I'm so problematic... Juz got to get on... and maybe got to change the way I do certain things...

Anyway, hope to get a job soon before I really rot away..haha... Sis got her hols le, so tml plan to have lunch with her and maybe go ktv or something... See! Spend money again...

Yeah, Finallly it all ended...

Congrats to myself...Pat pat* Good job, XiangNing! U managed to survive ur poly life! Esp this last semester.... Yeah....

However, can't say too early, there's still the last semester results which will be out in march.
So juz got to keep my fingers crossed for now...

Anyway, so after exams, can't really relax also, there's still so many things to do...
Had to go back nyp to get my result transcript ytd... den went out with Jan they all for some last minute shopping... followed by dinner & catching up with Liz & Shir. Today was worst and tired as well... Went back to nyp again to submit online application for NUS and NTU and also to prepare the supporting docs. But miss out some stuffs, so went back home to get it. Haizz..
And after which, went to NUS with shan and simon to submit the supporting docs, cos scared the mail won't make it in time before the dateline. To make it worst, we'll couldn't get a cab, to go to NUS cos the office is closing soon, and the pouring rain join in as well. But luckily, after much waiting, we got onto one.

We managed to make it and submitted our supporting docs, and right when we step out of the building, we got onto another cab who juz drop 2 guys with the same purpose as us. It's quite funny, as we told the driver where we want to go, that is NTU... He kept laughing non-stop ah, cos he juz came from NTU. Haha. So we told him to drop us off at where he pick up the 2 guys. Lol. He became the NTU-NUS shuttle service.

So finally when everything was settle, we went to grab a bite. Haha, almost night le, and it's my first meal of the day. Anyway, good thing everything is settled, so no need to worry bout it le, but i've not done with SMU yet. So now relaxing to blog and later maybe gg to do my nails and tidy my room...Haha, all so last minute.

Yep, because it's the Chinese New Year eve tml.... Correction, it's today. But guess this period been too busy le, no CNY mood for me... But at least there'll be lots of gatherings.
Ya, so there'll alot of catching up to do.. cos i noe i practically gone missing for the past two months ah.. No dinners with friends, no shopping sprees with my gals, no squash sessions with my pals... But nvm, XiangNing is Back!

Counting Down to Freedom

It's been exactly one month from my previous entry ya. Really stressed up and busy within this one month period. But anyway, it's over and now I'm left to deal with the final lap of my poly life.

Tml will be having my first paper. And followed by the next two papers in the next consective two days from the 12th to 14th Feb. All IT theory papers... what could be worst right... Memory space running out, can upgrade or anything?

Alot happened within the last month ya... good and bad, happy and sad...
Anyway, my poly life coming to an end in juz 3 more days. Meaning I'll be very free after the 14th Feb. Feel free to ask me out. Meaning I can only be classmates with my poly mates for 3 more days. Meaning I have to do something about my future. Meaning I need to face with dilemma of continuing studying or gg into the workforce. I'm still not prepared for this. I'm at a lost of what to do. I need advice.

However, I still need to clear this last exams stage before thinking bout other things. But already very worn out and tired from the exams and projects. Thanks also to all my project(s) members, we have clear our projects, let's celebrate after the exams k! But brain cells not functioning.
No way! Got to really buck up, this semester is driving me crazy. How i wish i can go back to my OPP days.

Speaking of Opp, had lunch with some of my opp mates, and Ms Lam as well as my OIC last week. Cos my OIC came back to sg, and also to NYP to interview the 3rd batch of students. So we get to meet up, it was fun, chatting and eating... Juz like our days in Chengdu. Thanks Ms Lam for the lunch treat too!

Alright, got to go back to my studying... But think tonight got to burn midnight oil again... not only tonight, but for the next 3 days as well. Hiazz, if only I have Doremon's memory bread ah...Lol.

Recently really loved some new songs I've found.. especially Beatrice Xu's Guang Mang. A chirpy song, but really sad when listening to it. Cos she already not around to perform this song. This song was suppose to be in her almost-ready debut album. Sad.

It's already into the very first month of the brand new 2007...
as well as getting into the very last month of my 3 year poly days...

Time really flies, faster than u think it to be... Really busy with school work, tests and projects are so demanding... This semester is scary, i muz say.... very worse than any of the previous semesters. Tests, projects and assignments are neverending, and even worse they are all overlapping... that means got to rush few of them at the very same time. And the exams schedule are releasing this week as well... Not another shock i hope...

Juz had my java entrep project presentation this morning... the one that got us really crazy and mad developing and waiting... I guess most people burn many midnight oils juz for it.... I'm one of them.. din get to sleep for like the past 40 hours.... feel like collasping anytime... Haha, been dozing off the whole day today.. even while on the bus, standing. Can't help it, guess i muz have look kind of stupid dozing off today.... no image to speak off, haha. Yep, so had this presentation, kind of gulity to present also, cos really cannot make it and no standard.

Anyway, it's not really over yet, next week still need submit reports and codings documentation... And on top of it, there's logistics practical test, entrep test, entrepreneur financial presentation and there also the EAI project. And juz received an email on napfa, so that's another test.

Maybe not really a pleasant start this year, working non-stop like a cow ah... Keep telling myself, it'll be all over in 1 month time, but this month is really terrible. Maybe another good news i've this year is the marriage announcement of my cousin. Very young couple, younger than me ,haha, ya... cos a*hem, haha.. anyway it's still good news right?

Alright, seems like having dizzy spells le, gonna turn in soon, there's still submission of some reports for EAI project tml...

Getting on to year 2007...

It's been a while... How's everyone? Still genki & good?
Anyway, kind of forgetting to update also ya, think it's the lazy part of me.
It's only a few more days to a brand new year 2007. Christmas 2006 is juz over. But the rainy weather doesn't seems to be going.

Alot of things happened since i last posted. Good and Bad... But i think the bad things seems to really stuck me... Things really happened when u least expect it ya? And that's the most least thing I would want it to happen. Guess only few of my close friends would noe everything about it, and can see that u're as shocked as me at that time ya. Anyway, it' all over, and nothing can be changed about it. So, even if u are curious and are dying to noe what happened, but please dun ask. Thanks.

Hopefully, the year 2007 would be a better year. Please do.

Anyway, already into the last week of my short term break. But been rushing projects as well, but there's not much progress... Time running out, work piling up and stress level shooting up.
It's getting really depressing. I really miss my chengdu days. Anyway, still managed to take a break due to the xmas season. Met up Van & liz for our annual xmas gathering, also had the usual stayover with my usual gal friends, and also another stayover& Xmas countdown @ shaun's place. The party at shaun's place was great, esp the food which was really good. Thanks to his dad's cooking. Hello boy, please pick up a dish or two from ur dad ya. Haha, this Xmas also had gifts exchange and stuffs, thanks to all for ur gifts ya, really love them all.

So, Xmas's over, New year coming.... chatted with a friend, discover that I can actually start counting down to my grad ah... think it's only about 50 days away. Wah, so fast sia...
But kind of worried for this sem, nothing seems right.

As i was telling some friends, it's hard to visualise where or what i doing or gonna to be next year. Cos if I'm still studying, i noe that the whole of next year would be studying as well. But since i like graduating in 2 months time, i really dunno what's 2007 is like for me.

Most of my friends insist I should go for that interview next month, but I'm hesitating. Aiya, I'll see how after the term break den.

Fun's Over...It's stress time..

Yep, it's stress time again...Haizz, such a cycle...

Anyway, school really getting packed up, and loads of work are piling up endlessly. Juz next week, there's 6 important work on the list waiting for me... Let's see.... Logistics project due on Monday, Logistics test on tues, Java test & KM test on Wed, entrep presentation on thurs (T_T), and last but not least EAIPJ demo presentation on friday... Oh, give me a break...

Thou really busy and having late nights, i still got a squash date on saturday, really looking forward to it.... hope it can help me destress abit before i collaspe... haha, but got to give up going to the IT fair le... haizz...

Dark circles and eye bags appearing also.... really tired... But din go school today, cos dun feel like gg, juz wanna a break from sch...today got that entrep lessons too... Forget it, with him ard, maybe lessons are juz not worth attending...

Alright, shall stop for now... gg to start some note-taking for one of the test next week le... Guess it's a late night again...

Hiya, it's 27th November'2006 today!

Times passes so fast, the baby girl born on this very day in 1985 is celebrating her 21st birthday to adulthood! Haha, old liao old liao.

Today juz not my day, nothing seems right.

Juz had entrepreneurship presentation. The worst one ever. Seriously, the worst one.

Was rejected straight after presentation. Kanna shoot. Kanna insulted. Saiyaku.

Your idea juz suck. That was what we were told. Thanks ya, after telling us this idea look interesting after midnight ytd. Gonna explode soon.

Well well.... tadaima... Mina-san, genki desu ka?
Mou, mada benkyou no jigan na... kurushi ne... Demo, shouganai na. Hontoni kawaisou ne.

It's already into the 4th week of this semester. Important datelines and critical workload already lined in nicely. And yet I've not even started to clear this line of stuffs. Finally decided to start a moment ago, brought out the stuffs, and now there's like 3 piles of files right in front of me, but still I'm here blogging away with my fuji-chan.

Alright, shall attend to these work after I'm done with this entry ya... Hope so... Heh. Anyway, some of my friends have more or less done with their exams, congrats guys, so now start playing already! And of course there're still most of them still preparing for their upcoming exams, people gambatte kudasai! And also there's people like me, starting to get busy with tests, projects, presentations, reports, assignments and etc... Nothing to say, but juz got to get on with it. Sad.

Seriously, totally got no mood at all... Actually already anticipating this kind of situation long ago. After almost 8 months of no studies, no exams and tutorials, I doubt I'll be interested in those once more, since I dun have any to start with. Gee. Juz the previous week, I've skipped 2 whole afternoon of lessons to watch movies. Watched The Guardian and The Pestige. Both shows quite nice, totally different. At least I think way better than The Departed. But I like Death Note most. ........ Opps, that's not the topic of discussion ne? -_- Okie okie, I can't skip lessons. Naughty gal. Alright, point noted. Honestly, this semester is not easy at all. On the things we need to learn and study, on the expectations we are required. Man, how to survived this last semester. Taihen desu ne.

Juz met up with my secondary classmates not long ago, glad everyone's doing well.... Let's have another gathering soon! And last friday was told (not asked) to attend the Defence Technology Prize Award Ceremony 2006 @ NTU. Other 2 victims were Leon and Simon, both my OPP mates. Had to skip friday's lessons to attend this event, not that I really care about the lessons anyway. There's also a exibit on the projects.... big projects i must say... think they muz have spend years on these projects. Those 360 deg cameras, updated "google-earth" kind of thing that allows u to view any parts of the world using programming and statellite's info. Bravo. Cheers to these successful projects and of course the award winners which are all those scienists and engineers. Guest of honor is Minister Teo Chee Hean. But sorry to say, and guilty too... is that... I slept through the whole of Mr Teo's speech, and the awards-winners' presentations. Totally knock out. On top of it, Mr Leon on my left and Mr Simon on my right...well... didn't make it either. Hopefully Ms Lee won't probe us about the event.

Anyway, after the event and reception, went to visit the gals in their hostels and also dinner @ cartel. So nice to meet up with u all ya. Fang, get well soon and acc me to gym k! Btw, many people asking me any plans for my bday. Actually dun intend to have any, but in the end, alright, maybe going to have a gathering @ my place! Most probably, it'll be on the 25th Nov'06, on a Saturday. So guys, mark that date and join me ya! Will update and confirm more information soon ya.

Haizzz, so jealous of my sis, she's now on hols le.. and so happily planning with her friends for her class bbq tml. Really miss my OPP days, thou the company projects was stressful, but that's within office hours. While on the way to NTU for the defence tech event, also had a great time chatting with leon and simon about our memories in chengdu. Really miss those days. I so want to go on a backpack trip!

Alright, enough groaning, better get started with what I'm supposed to do... Luckily tml only got 2 hours of lab, after that can relax @ gym. I'm now so brain-dead of ideas for our Java and entrep projects. People, save me. Any ideas on what business I can start up with which can make me an entrepreneur? Any products or services? *huggies*

Back to school.....again...

Well, it's the first week of school.... And I'm already looking forward to the last week of school...
Right, it's the last semester, and in juz a few more months, I've completed another phase (maybe the last?) of education years.

Anyway, timetable seems decent, no night classes, except for the super early classes at 8am and long days..... Maybe the only comforting thing is that there's only 6 modules this time, unlike the usual 7 modules for the past semesters. But on top of it, there's the national education module, no idea what it is for anyway...

Okie, so how the first few days of school? Hmmm... Sianz..... Agree? Yeah. But it'll be worse next week as everything falls in place and the busy school life starts again... Juz got a call from a teacher... sianzzz...need to go to school early tml to meet up with the year 2 students to crap with them about OPP. Alright, it's sharing. There goes my morning...

Anyway, before chinese new year next year, I've finished my semestral exams and considered graduated. Hmm... what would it be like then? And after that, what's gonna happen? I would know the answer in juz a few months time... So juz wait and see den...

Btw, was reading the morning papers juz now.. saw an article saying about "ugly singaporean". One of which that I totally agree with both hands up is the culture in the MRT. I can totally understand the viewpoint of those complaints, as I saw and experienced the same things too, and I'm sure many of u all also had this kind of experience. Seriously, i dun understand what these people are thinking? Juz wat kind of excuses or reasons they come up with themselves to justify those inconsiderate acts of theirs. Totally uncool. Or maybe they din even notice the disgusted stares from other communters.

Firstly, those that i dislike most are those "pole-dancers" (that's what they are named in the article). It actually mean those people that lean their whole body on the poles, which are meant for people to hold on to for safely. Even on a packed cabin. Sad to say, but i agree that's a common scene. Usually are those guys or uncles (no offence to all gentlemans), but it's true ah. But seriously, i think that's really a inconsiderate act.

Another is one that i usually experience also... It's some of the passengers that are seated. But with legs wide spread and stretch out or crossed their legs too far out and slouching comfortably playing with phones and stuffs. And because of this, with the shorts arms of mine, i have to constantly focus on not losing balance. On a crowded train as well. And there's this time, i purposely knocked his legs as a hint, hey, I'm being ignored. Great.

And I understand there's alot more such inconsiderate happenings every now and then. Such as people who completes to get seats, and some even complete on getting into the cabin, and funny enough, they complete with those that are getting out. And there are those who take up more seats to put their shopping bags or rest their body. Funny, but I believed those pictures on the articles.

But really, these are only on MRTs, many other these kind of actions are everywhere. Juz everywhere. Some say it's singaporean culture, but i think singaporean culture would do better than that. Went to taiwan last time, took their trains, and i would say their kind of culture is way better, at least they really form a single line to get into the train, no pushing or rushing. Juz plain order. Nice. Maybe through travelling to other places make u realise there's really alot of things we need to improve on. But most of the time, singapore is not that bad after all.

But really, most singaporean are not like that ya... Juz a handful ya... Okie, maybe i should read less of these articles... was chatting with my sis and bro on this MRT issue juz now also, haha, that's one of the rare common topics between us, haha...

Alright, let's put a stop to this very GP topic. Wonder does the national education module covers such topics? It'll be interesting right. Omoshiro ne. Oh ya, today BI0406 came up with an idea. That is, a graduation trip to Hong Kong. Sound fun. Anyway, planned it to be on the week after the chinese new year week. Hope it's goes well as plan den. Anyway, still early ya...got to save up first... good thing it's after the chinese new year right? And to think i also have another HK trip with the gals next year too. Wah.

Okie, think that's all for now... Going to join my sis in front of the TV. Shall update again next time.... most prob it's be full of whining about school again... Haha, I'm expecting that. But for now, need to find a way to not doze off during lectures... Any ideas? Normal methods dun work on me ya... haha...

I'm Java Certified!

Eh? Why not in school for course?

Nah, cos I've decided to give up the IBM Websphere Certification exam.
Yep, when I'm already halfway thru the course...
Anyway, really lost the interest in taking the websphere, due to the difficulty of the exam, the high cost to pay if fail, the little time left for preparation and also the little chance for me to pass... So decided to drop it... very wasted huh? But have decided it after some consideration and advice from my friends... About 4 of them have dropped it too... So ytd was the last day of the lesson I attended.

Anyway, not feeling well also... so also no mood to study for another intensive certification. Ya, fell sick after so long again... It's the juz those headaches, thoat irritations, feeling weak, coughs, flu, cold... And worst still, my coughs acts up when I was taking the Java Cert exam on tues. Nice timing, and I dun have any water with me at that time...

Yep, took the J2SE cert exam on tues as I've mentioned in the previous entry. And really had a hard time trying to control my coughs. Terrible time. And also, as much as I've expected, din really expect the my exam to choose so many questions on the Threads topics from the pool... The most difficult topic of all, and the one that I gave up studying. Forgot most of the Collections and garbage collection points too. But luckily, I managed to make it, thou not with flying colours... Got 41 out of the 61 qns correct which gave me a percentage of 67%. The passing citeria is 52%. Lucky. So nvm about those irritating coughs I've put up with, those weeks of java studying and the stupid questions that I've never ever wanted to see.

So, I'm finally done and over with the Java exam, and I'm java certified! But the websphere cert, maybe juz put on hold first bah, maybe if got chance i'll go for it another time ya.

And for ytd, Thanks alot to Ms Lam! Yep, she the lecturer in charge of our OPP. And ytd she treat us lunch @ a chinese shark fins restaurant @ grassroots club. Haha, ate a 21-course meal for the very first time too. But really enjoyed not only the food, but also meeting up with all my OPP family. Another big reunion ya. Our usual chattings and laughters really bring back memories of our Chengdu days and hopefully we can still be like this even after we graduated ya.

It's been quite a while since I'm back, and already switched back to the beat & tempo of Singapore, but still miss the days back in Chengdu. Anyway, got to look forward now ya.. Not sure why, but i juz feel that alot have changed since I'm back... Family, environment, friends, activites, relationships and feelings... Dunno why also, juz feel that it's not the same anymore or maybe worse. And this gave me another urge to juz leave and stay overseas for another period. Haha.

And also, wanna congrats to janelle too! Opps, I should call her Mrs Oh instead. Haha, congrats gal on ur ROM. And congrats to leon too! Hope both of u will cherish each other and stay together forever! Yep, attended her ROM ceremony, and it's my first time too! Haha, really a touching and emotional moment for not only the happy couple, but also to their family and friends. Will be meeting her and james for dinner tml @ tampines mall too... And juz a passing thought... when would it be my turn? If there's a when to start with...(",)

Hols ending, Sch starting...

Hiya.... how everyone?
Currently now in sch lab... having lunch break...
Yep, today is the first day of the IBM Websphere course I taking...
Abit regret liao... the difficulty of the exam is.....haizzz...
And it's very expensive too... The exam cos $130... So die die also got to pass, if not waste money, time and effort... and also the remaining of my hols....
But really, it's not easy at all.... especially the passing criteria is 65% and above. Boo.

Anyway, now no mood to think about this IBM exam next week... Cos tml will be taking the Java Cert exam @ 10am. Cos this exam been drag till tml, I've already lost all mood and concentration for this exam. Already din touch java for this week le... So tonight no choice got to do some intensive studying for tml...

Anyway, really hope to be able to get through this Java exam as well as the websphere exam next week... After next week, it's the start of my last semester in nyp le. Time really flies, what should I do after graduation? I've no idea. Any advice people?

Hopefully after i manage to clear both exams, I would have time for squash... Both my shifu and squashmates keep asking me for squash... And I really want to play too... And also go shopping with the gals... and visit my frenz in their uni hostels too.

Haha, alright, think better go study my java le, else tml really cannot make it sia... After I'm done with these, I'll be more free to meet up with u all ya.

I'm back home!

Yep, most of u all muz have already known, I'm back in Singapore! Yokata. My overseas attachment programme have already ended ya... Chotto sabishini ne. Demo hotoni tannoshimi na. Glad to meet up most of u all already as well.... (",)

Hmm, not really considered totally ended for this OPP. After I came back, the first week was really busy... Have presentation and preparation for the whole week. Yep, besides our own individual presentation and assesments, there's also the presentations to the next OPP students and presentation the the school director as well as the other teachers in charge by YS, Xueshan and me. As such, had to come back to prepare for the presentation with Ms Lam so as to ensure nothing goes wrong on that day.

Phew, finally these presentations are over! But yet, there's still one more presentation/briefing to the company. But the time and date are not confirm yet. So also sort of done with this OPP, however are still reurning to school for these few weeks... Cos I took up the Java certification course. Yep, so as such got to go back for training, mock tests and then finally the actual exam, for about 3 weeks. Have juz finish the one week training, now is preparing for the mock as well as the main exam next week.

So after blogging, got to start preparing liao, if not will waste money and effort if failed, much more I did not attend all the training lessons also, gee... After this Java Cert Exam, had about a week plus to rest, before starting the training of another IT certification. This time is the IBM Websphere cert exam, in October. Haizz, seems like there's no time for me to work or slack sia..

Oh well.... anyway, the next sem is the last semester. Yep, will be graduating in Feb next year, or rather hopefully ya, hee... This OPP gave me alot of experience, both good and bad ya... So there's till the last lap to go before I graduated.. gonna gambatte.

Also, really glad to make it back in time for most of ur birthdays too, like Jieying's and Van's. And sorry to shaun for not able to turn up for ur party due to another party at the same time. Anyway, happy belated birthday to all! Oh ya, hope most of u all got my little goodie bags e ya, hope u all like it and enjoyed ya... Thanks for missing me when I'm away ya...

Seems like I still can't really slack during this vacation... got so many things to do ya... Studying for exams, going gym, working if possible and meeting up with friends and family ya... Also went for the follow up of a jab ytd, nahhh... my left arm mucsles are aching badly now after the injection... Haizz... Alright, that's all for now.... jyaa ne.
